Track all updates and improvements from version 3.19.627 through 3.19.673. View release dates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements for each sub-build.
Use .MSI for enterprise/network deployments only — .EXE handles most dependencies automatically.
Earlier SQL (2016+) and C++ (2015+) are fine. Only .NET Framework 4.8.1 is a new requirement from Build 3.1.13 onward.
Recommended installer. Auto-checks most dependencies. Build 673 — latest sub-build.
IT / enterprise network installer. All listed dependencies must be pre-installed.
SQL 2016 or later supported. 2019 recommended for optimal performance.
msodbcsql13 — required for SQL Server database connectivity.
New from Build 3.1.13 onward. Most existing V3 users will only need this one item.
Visual Studio 2015–2022 runtime. Required for PHDwin core libraries.
Required for enterprise concurrent-user and network license deployments.
